Service Coordinator - SPAIN

What is your challenge

As a Service Coordinator you are responsible for the correct and adequate execution and coordination of service, malfunction and maintenance work.

Your daily activities will include:

• Accepting requests, proactively providing solutions to the customer be advised.
• Prepare quotations and submit them to the customer.
• Ensure optimal preparation of all activities.
• Arranging the necessary materials.
• Provide technicians with all (technical) information and provide technical support.
• Monitor progress.
• Ensuring the desired level of quality of the services provided.

You are a point of contact for all parties involved. However, you always consult with the departments involved to coordinate matters that are specifically intended for that department in the event of malfunctions or other activities.

You have a flexible attitude towards work content and working hours, which means, among other things, that you carry out work on location yourself if no other commissioners or service technicians are available.

Description of job requirements 

• A relevant technical education
• Secondary vocational education in work and thinking level
• Commercial, organizational and leadership skills.
• A good command of the Spanish and English language.
• Decisive, accurate and customer-oriented

Furthermore you 

• Are flexible and willing to travel regularly at home and abroad
• work disciplined and accurately
• Have a sense of responsibility and show initiative
• Are customer-oriented and problem-solving
• Have a driving license
• You live in Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona or mainland Spain or willing to move to Spain
