Projectadministrator (32-40 hrs)

As a Project Administrator you are responsible for managing the information and administration regarding the various projects within Van der Leun. You have a broad range of tasks that consist of collecting the necessary data, signaling extended delivery times and monitoring the financial status and planning of the projects. You also prepare various project reports and minutes.

In between all this work, as a Project Administrator you are also able to identify bottlenecks in a timely manner and inform the parties involved about them. You switch a lot between different activities and you work a lot with the Project Manager and support the Project Manager in your role.

The Project Administrator is seen as the knowledge base of the projects and is therefore also the point of contact for colleagues in the implementation.

You bring this
  • MBO level 4 working and thinking level
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Project Administration
  • Work experience in an international technical project organization is an advantage
  • Experience with the Exact system or similar
  • A good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written

  • Collegial and you have a positive attitude
  • Good at thinking in possibilities and you are creative
  • Someone who takes the initiative to ask further questions
  • Strong in planning and organizing

You will receive a salary between €3,500 and €4,350 gross per month, commensurate with your education and work experience. This will be discussed with you at an early stage. We work under the Metal and Technology collective labor agreement. You are entitled to travel expenses, 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with full-time employment and you are registered with the Pension Fund for Metal and Technology. We also offer you a package of additional employee benefits, such as our various group discounts on insurance, for example. You will have access to a laptop and mobile phone. It is also possible to adjust your working hours and workplace to what suits you.

Your own children can claim compensation for their study costs from our study fund. If you take a training or course yourself, we will reimburse these costs from our training budget.
