In the position of Security Technology Work Planner, you arrange everything surrounding the preparation and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance on the (fire) safety installations of customers in a utilitarian environment. You mainly do this from our office in Sliedrecht, but sometimes you will also visit the customer on location. No matter how big the project or the disruption, as a Security Technology Work Planner you keep an overview and you are the point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues!
As a Work Planner, you arrange everything regarding the complete preparation and implementation of installation and maintenance of (fire) safety systems at customers. You are responsible for several (complex) projects, including drawing up (detailed) plans, scheduling technicians, ordering materials and tools and coordinating the implementation. You have a lot of contact with the Project Manager, customers, suppliers and technicians about wishes, expectations and planning. You also receive 1st-line faults and forward them to the fault engineer. You create projects administratively and process the work orders from the technicians. You think along with problems and monitor the quality and costs of the maintenance work carried out.
