As a commissioning engineer, you independently perform commissioning and service and maintenance work on electrical installations on board yachts at the location in Aalsmeer.
You fix malfunctions in sensors, cabling, system cabinets and other installation parts by replacing parts, adjusting settings, repairing parts, etc. You actively think along with problems that have arisen. Afterwards you prepare the service reports.
In addition, new installations to be delivered will be commissioned by you, such as battery systems, hybrid installations and propulsion installations. You test the cabling, sensors and systems for proper operation. You track down sources of interference and, of course, also fix them.
It can happen that a yacht somewhere in the world breaks down. You therefore have no problem getting on a plane every now and then to fix the malfunction and help the client get back on track as quickly as possible.
You will be working at a growing and dynamic family business, where no day is the same. The working atmosphere is good and informal. We pay attention to each other and that is reflected in the collegial interaction with each other and an active staff association. You will work in an inspiring working environment at the top of the luxury yacht building industry.
You will receive a salary that matches your age, education and work experience. This will be discussed with you at an early stage. We work under the Collective Labor Agreement Metal and Technology. You are entitled to 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with full-time employment and you will be registered with the Pensioenfonds voor de Metaal en Techniek. We also offer you a package of extra employee benefits such as our various group discounts on, for example, insurance. You will have access to a company car, laptop and mobile phone.
Own children can claim a contribution towards the study costs from our study fund. If you are going to follow a training or course yourself, we will reimburse these costs from our training budget.
